Terms of Use

You must be at least 13 years old to use Finchie. By using the App, you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@finchieapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Finchie offers an auto-renewable subscription called Finchie Premium.

• Price — The price is displayed at the time of purchase in your local currency and may vary by region
• Free trial — A free trial period may be offered. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the subscription price.
• Billing — Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation — You may cancel at any time through your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
• No refunds — Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or granted at our discretion.
• Price changes — We may change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

Subscriptions are managed and processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not have access to your payment information.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the App's services
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with the App's operation or infrastructure

All financial data you enter in Finchie (transactions, categories, budgets) is your own. We do not sell your personal data. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Finchie uses AI to provide financial insights and suggestions. These are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for important financial decisions.

All content, design, and code in the App is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated insights will be accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or financial decisions made based on App content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the App's settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Indonesia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
